BREAKING NEWS: New peer review article!

Imagen
The prestigious journal of the Catholic Medical Association, Linacre Quarterly, has published in its May issue an article summarizing the findings of our researchers presented by our director in Ireland during the International Symposium on Maternal Health held in Dublin last September 8th, 2012.

"The decrease in abortion mortality and particularly abortion hospitalizations after the abortion ban in Chile strongly suggest a parallel reduction of induced abortion rates. On the other end of the spectrum, one of the effects of the liberalization of abortion laws is the increase in the total number of abortions performed. This observation can be exemplified by the increase of abortion figures in several nations, including Spain, Belgium, Finland, France, Hungary, Slovakia, and the UK, at least during the first twenty years after abortion legalization."
